The discovery of the Caribbean by European sailors brought many cultures to the region from African to Chinese. With these cultures came the food and ingredients that are used by Like Mum Used To to bake delicious cakes.
Like Mum Used To is a young business going places and doing it in style. The Olive Grows is an overspill facility, used when there are large orders to fulfill and shows to exhibit at.
Their signature product, Di Black Cake™, has been 40 years in the making, using a recipe developed by the family back home in the Caribbean.
